Barton Malow is providing Construction Manager at Risk services for a one-of-a-kind sports complex for the City of Goodyear and Cleveland Indians. The 52-acre development complex, designed by HOK, includes an 8,000 seat ballpark with an additional 2,000 seats on a grassy berm as well as a separate clubhouse/practice area that will serve as year-round training space. The training complex includes two major fields, 1 half field and batting practice areas as well as four major practice fields that will be utilized by Goodyear residents throughout the year, except during the two months of Spring Training when the Indians will have use of those fields.
